The Role

Overseeing and leading the design of visual assets for use in/around the business with the marketing team. This role will join the Centre of Excellence team and closely collaborate with the Field Marketing team to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.

One of the critical aspects of the role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites, apps, social media, display advertising and marketing automation, and picking up the day-to-day more generalised requirements for PowerPoint decks and support collateral and prototyping. Assets will include but are not limited to brochures, product documents, white papers, images (both dynamic and static) for social media, creation of infographics for a variety of media, support with video creation and editing, website imagery and developing, supporting and extending marketing campaign visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality artwork templates and materials appropriate for a premium brand for digital and print to meet the global and regional needs of GTN

  • Play a key role in the development and rollout of our upcoming brand enhancement, helping to extend creative concepts and brand guidelines into a wide range of deliverables, from print to video and digital assets (email, social, web)

  • Standardise GTN visuals across all channels, including event materials, display, social, email, and web properties

  • Take ideas from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs which drive measurable business results

  • Adapt the deliverables across markets, ensuring sensibilities to different cultures and languages across regions and countries, ensuring GTN customer’s brand experience

  • Build long-lasting relationships across which see us deliver experiences which have a meaningful impact on our customer’s brand experience

  • Mentor and upskill other Centre of Excellence and Field Marketing team members’ design skills

  • Passionate about creating sophisticated and purposeful designs with a broad portfolio that demonstrates design skills and the achieved impact

  • Fluent in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & After Effects), Figma, Keynote etc

  • Proficient in creating basic animations/videos for use in display ads and on product

  • Competent in creating illustrations, iconography and other vector artwork

  • Meticulous with a high bar and attention to detail, passion for quality, and constantly raising standards

  • Self-starter able to drive projects to completion, able to work in autonomy but be collaborative in a small but growing team

  • Able to work under pressure, managing and prioritising a workload of multiple strategic projects in an often fast-paced environment

  • Articulate in the design decisions confidently and can give and take feedback constructively and empathetically

  • Experienced in leading and collaborating with third parties such as design and brand agencies
